If we don’t lie to our selfs everyone one of us have one or two bad habits ranging from either bitting of nails, irregular sleep, picking noise eating too much or talking too much. Actually there are is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of in it, we learn it so we can also unhabit it. If we can follow some steps I believe in no time we be done with such habits.

TIME /PERIOD – Ask your self which period of time do I normally do or engage this habit is it when am alone or among people, it helps you to tackle it and also serves as a alert for you

TRIGGER - : What makes me do this thing, maybe when am tired or angry or exhausted. What launches me to do what I do is it when am angry or tired restless, trie as mush as possible to narrow the cause of your bad habits

CLEAN YOUR HOUSE - :the next thing to do is clean your house which means anything what so ever that will trigger the habit maybe a friend or a product or anything what so ever get rid of it. You can not be attracting anyform of temptation now when you are trying to get out of the habit.

STEP BY STEP /JUMP IN - : If for example you take too much of coffee try and reduce it gradually if you know that you can’t leave it once. And if you know you can do away straight then
