Partership is really sweet. It saves time and money and all that but just before you tire the not there things you need to consider.

Your desire is that can i get into business with this person can i deal with this person . these are some things u need to you need to ask your self. Believe me you , there are friends you have but cannot do business with. Do you share common goals and ambitions. Documentation is not about just getting into an agreement , it just the term of the business , the real business is the confidence that follows. 

 There are people out there that will just chop you and move on with your life. There must be an agreement and trust between you people. There must be a resistution statement in uour document, you dont have to get your fingers burnt.

  You also have to look into the life of the partners what can creep into the aggrement or partnership and reslove it before the partnership commenced. There should not be a DOMESTIC ARRANGEMENT is one of the formalities that must be put in place there must be DOCUMENTS guiding it . you have to work out what people are doing Time , money and all that , what are people bringing in the sharing formula and all that so it won't get to a point where you start to get tired.

     Everyone have to know there roles , positions profit margin and all that.
